Return And Refund Policy

 

For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and/or packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

 

For any damaged goods, simply return it with its included accessories and/or packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a partial refund based upon the original payment method.

 

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) Used goods will not be accepted for returns unless sold unreasonably close to expiry date (14 days).

 

Eden Herbs reserves the right to examine the products to validate the return.
